This Ticket Purchase Waiver and Release of Liability ("Waiver") is entered into between DigATrend LLC ("DigATrend"), its affiliates (including IQI MEDIA INC. and TRIPGURU INC.), and the undersigned Customer ("Customer") in connection with the facilitation of ticket purchases for events, including but not limited to the FIFA World Cup 2026, through On Location Experiences ("On Location"), the official hospitality and ticket provider.
By signing this Waiver, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions. This Waiver must be signed prior to any ticket order facilitation by DigATrend or its affiliates.
DigATrend LLC and its affiliates (including IQI MEDIA INC. and TRIPGURU INC.) do not hold, own, or resell any tickets. DigATrend and its affiliates are not ticket resellers, brokers, or official vendors. They solely facilitate the customer's access to On Location's platform for direct purchase. All tickets are purchased directly from On Location, and DigATrend and its affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for the tickets, including but not limited to their authenticity, delivery, validity, seating, or any issues arising from the event.
All ticket purchases are final sales in accordance with On Location's policies. Once an order is placed and the "Submit" button is clicked on On Location's platform, no cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or modifications are permitted for any reason, including event rescheduling, postponement, or customer error. Refunds are only available for fully cancelled events as determined by On Location, and such refunds must be claimed directly from On Location.
The Customer agrees that any claims, disputes, inquiries, or issues related to the tickets—including delivery delays, lost or stolen tickets, event changes, refunds, or insurance—must be directed solely to On Location. DigATrend LLC and its affiliates will not intervene, mediate, or hold any responsibility in such matters. The Customer is responsible for tracking shipments, verifying ticket details upon receipt (within 3 days), confirming event times with the venue, and safeguarding tickets.
The Customer acknowledges having reviewed and agrees to abide by On Location's full Purchase Policy and FAQs (available at https://onlocationexp.com/navigation/faq), which include:
In consideration of DigATrend's and its affiliates' facilitation services, the Customer hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue DigATrend LLC, its affiliates (including IQI MEDIA INC. and TRIPGURU INC.), officers, employees, agents, or related entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the ticket purchase, event attendance, or any associated risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss. This release includes any claims based on negligence, breach of contract, or other legal theories.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DigATrend LLC and its affiliates (including IQI MEDIA INC. and TRIPGURU INC.) from any losses, damages, expenses (including legal fees), or claims arising from the Customer's ticket purchase or event attendance.
This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. However, if disputes arise from activities in California, California laws may apply notwithstanding this provision.
I, the undersigned Customer, have read and fully understand this Waiver. I voluntarily agree to its terms and sign it of my own free will. I am at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
